Description

Job Purpose:

¨ Successful delivery of the W&D and other nominated Integrations to program timelines including effective & timely management of plan, risks, issues in line with client Governance

Key Responsibilities:

¨ Manage, co-ordinate and deliver all agreed W&D integrations to program in line with timelines

¨ Develop integration project plans specifying goals, deliverables, resources, scheduling.

¨ Ensure all risk and issues associated with the agreed integrations are recorded and managed in the project RAID log in a timely manner, according to programme standards.

¨ Ensure all risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner, along escalation paths defined by the programme

¨ Manage complex stakeholder environment

¨ Follow the project team methodologies, policies and procedures

¨ Track, monitor and report integrations' progress, costs, and resources to the Project Manager in line with required reporting schedules

¨ Manage and coordinate project related third party relationships in partnership with Business relationship manager where applicable (eg Customer, vendors, Integration partners etc)

¨ Work with customers and IT teams to facilitate smooth Integration testing and User acceptance testing

¨ Author the required documents according to client requirements

¨ Work with Application Services teams to effectively transition the developments into steady state

Specialized Knowledge and Required Skills:

¨ Must be able to speak and write fluently in market's local language and in English

¨ Comprehensive experience in Electronic Data Interchange related to Warehousing and Distribution processes (preferred)

¨ Comprehensive understanding of XML and data mapping processes (preferred)

¨ Comprehensive understanding of electronic message routing and message transformation (preferred)

¨ Experience in Project management, including delivery of complex technical IT projects and services

¨ Demonstrated Matrix management skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams

¨ Understanding of pharmaceutical processes related to IT projects

¨ Proven experience in stakeholder management particularly with customers and third parties

¨ Strong interpersonal skills

¨ Ability to work independently, remotely and across several geographies.

Job Success Measures:

Deliverables by end: 30-Apr-2016

¨ Successfully connect W&D 3rd parties to program with minimal impact to the customers and within the program timelines

¨ Successfully connect other integrations as agreed, with minimal impact to the customers/vendors and within the program timelines

¨ Ensure all required documents have been approved

¨ Ensure the service is ready to be transitioned to steady state support

¨ Provide support in-market when required across key phases of the implementation life cycle eg User Acceptance Testing.

¨ Understand IT Governance

¨ Attend workshops as appropriate
