Description
Currently we are searching for a Support in Basel:Key Responsibilities:
- 1st and 2nd, partially 3rd level IT user support.
- General hard- and software troubleshooting
- Maintenance of IT hard- and software assets.
- User management (off/on-boarding and move)
- Support of audio- and videoconference systems.
- Support of mobile devices and smartphones.
- Hardware staging incl. local hardware asset management
Relation to the Strategy:
- Work based on the Enterprise given IT processes (SOP's and GOP's).
Project involvement:
- Supporting rollout projects in terms of general hard- and software updates
Basic Qualifications:
- Higher education in Information Technology
- Three plus years of information technology experience
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Very good communication skills
- Experienced with Incident and Problem Management and ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy)
- Good skills of the MS Office Suite, Communication and Collaboration tools like Outlook, Lync
- Basis knowledge about Client-/Server Applications und standard Operation systems like MS Windows, Apple iOS. MS Windows Server
Additional Skills/Preferences
- Able to work in a complex global environment
- Strong problem solving skills, anticipates and resolves also more complex problems
- Basic skills of network topology and IP address management
Beneficial:
- ITIL skills
Language Requirements:
- Required : English fluent, French basic skills
- German of advantage
