Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of software at sites as required
- Administrative support of IT systems
- Commissioning of new hardware
- Troubleshoot, testing
- Assist with documentation, testing and release of software
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with liaising with Customers is essential
- Experience with troubleshooting issues within a Microsoft operating system environment
- XP/Windows Administration skills for installation of software, troubleshooting and management of equipment configuration.
- Lotus Notes/Domino experience
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
- Customer service orientated, professional and flexible
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- MS Server 2012 administration experience
- Microsoft Exchange administration experience
- Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS experience
