Description

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Good knowledge and experience in telecommunications industry especially on IT(NFV) business is required. Operator or telecommunications consultancy background is desirable.
  • At least 10 years' Experience in areas of service product development, service product modelling analysis, and trend evaluation is desired .
  • Good communication skills. Good organizational and cross-departmental skills .
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Easygoing with an open mind and willingness to learn new things quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct strategic dialogue with clients' C-level to better understand their business needs and identify opportunities for co-operation.
  • Lead a cross-department team in analysing and understanding telecom operators' challenges and business strategy. Provide consulting service so as to be able to recommend customized service solutions and/or identify new Customer Support service product opportunities.
  • Assist Operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on company's technology suite.
  • Create Customer Support Service Product Trusted Advisor status in nominated target accounts.
  • Represent company Customer Support Service Product solutions to appropriate industry forums.
  • Develop business consulting capabilities for Customer Support Service Product, educate the company Customer Support Service Product consulting team
