Omschrijving Senior Sharepoint Product Manager (QR3261) :
For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Senior Sharepoint Product manager Directory Services. Who will be part of a small professional team of product managers, architects and program managers. Within Workplace services 11 product managers take care of service strategy & design and delivery of work place services.
To support large scale onboarding and migrations to the global mail and Sharepoint services (Europe, Asia and Americas) there is an urgent need for an Exchange and Sharepoint expert who can support the team of product managers.
The main tasks Senior Sharepoint Product Manager (QR3261)
- Accepting the managed services by reviewing in detail the evidence provided;
- Support in resolving operational issues;
- Assess change requests to extend the standard service;
- Review proposals for services changes.
- Testing and developing Sharepoint/Exchange test cases;
- Create product management reports on Sharepoint/Exchange;
- End user communication and assist on developing knowledge articles for mail and Sharepoint services;
- Analyses of complex incidents or problems.
Knowledge and skills Senior Sharepoint Product Manager (QR3261)
- You have ample experience with managed IT services;
- You have in depth knowledge, preferably supported by certificates, in the field of workplace services and ICT infrastructure and specifically on Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint;
- You have relevant experience in a complex international/global multinational organization;
- Hands-on mentality, strong end user focus;
- Fluent in the Dutch and English language.
