Global and award winning Microsoft and Oracle Gold Partner specialsing in all things Oracle, SQL and Agile have an urgent requirement for an experiences Oracle ERP focused Change Manager on a contract basis for 12 months at their prestigious offices in Paris .
Duties and Tasks
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, create change management strategy
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers: communications plan, training plan
- Support communication & training efforts
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Minimum of 5 Years Commercial Experience
English and French Speaker
