RPL MKTG is looking for a talented Web Developer and WordPress Master with a keen eye for design to work with our growing team for one day a week. In this position, you will work as an integral part of our team to solve problems and build innovative web solutions. You will contribute to a wide range of projects and will participate in all stages of design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Extensive knowledge of modifying existing theme templates (support, extend and/or enhance existing code)
Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery
Server Side Technologies: PHP, all others a plus
Ability to modify and customize plugins and create new plugins, as necessary
Extensive knowledge of internal SEO optimization
Expert in WordPress Site Migration (knowledge of domain registration, DNS settings & management, MX Records, and setting up and maintaining WordPress servers)
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite coupled with a brilliant design aesthetic
Knowledge of databases would be an advantage
High level of competance in digital marketing software and enthusiatic follower of new develoments
Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies such as Nationbuilder
