CMM Programmer - 12 Month Contract - North West
Amoria Bond is urgently looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join one of our key clients based in the North West area. Our client, an established automotive business is offering an initial 12 month contract to support the team working on several long-term projects.
Based on site you will be required to carry out all necessary dimensional assessment work and capability studies utilising all required inspection equipment, including co-ordinate measuring machines and the programming thereof as required by the Company to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Dimensional assessment
- Inspection of equipment
- Programming measuring machines
- To understand and demonstrate knowledge of PPAP would be desirable
- Operating Static and portable CMM work
Key Skills:
-Automotive industry experience is ideal however my client are happy to consider candidates from an aerospace, defence or complex engineering background
-Plastics or Interior trim would be desirable
-Experience using PC-DMIS is essential
-CP/CPK analysis
-CAD alignment - CarLine
-Some DTI measurements on NPI work
Rates are competitive and negotiable Dependent upon experience.
Contract is initially 12 months but likely to be extended based on work ethic and work load.
