Description
Summary- Supports utilization of global master data system/supply chain system (internal system: SCIM - Supply Chain Item Master) and SAP ECC
- Troubleshoot end-user system inquiries and provide solutions to global cross-reference set up.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical groups to define or gather business requirements, identify new or ways to improve existing processes.
- Participate in project based work for updates/maintenance to SCIM system and SAP ECC
- Managing day-to-day requests for master data updates in SCIM and ECC via helpdesk ticket requests and SharePoint requests
- Ad hoc projects/requests as assigned
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis in Excel V-lookup for data mining and/or Access
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, PPT)
- BS/BA in business, technical, or supply chain field or other degree combined with relevant experience - non-degree candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years experience in a corporate environment, preferably pharmaceutical
- Highly self-motivated, working with minimal direction
- Ability to work in a complex Matrix organization with strong team orientation required.
- Must have demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Must be fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Spanish
- Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience working in a global environment
- SAP with master data management experience preferred
- APICS course work or certification preferred
- MS Office, SAP
