Description

Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support Analyst required for a leading online business.

Our client, a London based consultancy, are looking to build a brand new service desk support team in Prague, Czech Republic ASAP.

As such, we need at least 3 Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support Analyst professionals with the following skills.

. Windows 7
. Windows
. Office
. Mobile (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows etc)
. VPN
. Active Directory

You will be a fundamental part of the support team, responsible for front line support on the phone and via email.

This is a potentially long term contract opportunity that would see you most likely re locating for a sustained period of time to the beautiful city that is Prague.
