IT Training Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.
Position Title: IT Training Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August 2015
Duration: 12 months
Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:
- Analyse the needs of telecom operators in the field of IT training, IT training solution architecture design.
- Lead the development of IT training curriculum.
- Communicate with the CIO/IT department director of telecom operators, engage customer in IT training program.
- Guide learning service department on development, sales and delivery of IT training solutions.
- Plan roadmap of IT training solution.
- Design competence model based on job tasks and responsibilities for telecom IT departments.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 10+ years work experience in IT field, including telecom operators, IT Vendors, IT consulting companies and IT training companies.
- Well involved in the current IT development field, understanding of IT network trends.
- Member in relevant technical associations/forums.
- Experience in the IT industry human resources field.
- As a solution architect of IT project has extensive IT project planning, integration and implementation experience in telecom or financial filed.
- Fluent business English skills.
