Description

For our client in the public transport industry we are looking for a System Engineer Signaling

Start

: ASAP (due to the holiday season this can be delayed)

Duration

: Long Term (2-3 year)

Location

: Charleroi

Language

: English (French will be a big plus)

We are looking for a system engineer who has knowledge of ERTMS to help our client develop a signalling solution. You will analyze the UNISIG Specification and the customer needs. These specifications and needs will be used to define the costing and the gaps. After that the realization of the specifications will take place (functional, architecture and software).

Responsibility

Participate to the development of the ERTMS Train-borne sub-system (EVC, DMI, TRU and interfaces):

- Analyse UNISIG clarification and identify solution to meet the requirements.

- Define of the functional, architectural and interface specifications (SyRS, SwRS, SyAD, SyID)

- Define the Software specifications (SwRS)

- Participate to traceability activity

- Provide support for ISA Audits and Nobo certification.

Analyse the specific project's needs:

- Analyse the projects needs and define the impacts on our systems. Define the Cost and the Delay associated to the developments.

- Analyse events raised by projects

Desired Knowledge/Experience

- Knowledge in development or integration of ERTMS Signalling System (UNISIG Standards).

- Knowledge in development or integration of European Legacy Signalling System (KVB, TBL1+, ATB, PZB)

- Knowledge in development or integration of CBTC or TCMS signalling System.

- Experimented in Embedded Software development for Critical Application, in architecture of Critical Application and in Safe Platform development

- Experimented in modelling method as SADT, SysML

- Experimented in redaction of specification redaction

- Knowledge in Rolling Stock architecture and interfaces

Behavioural Skills/Competencies

- Writing skills: clarity, rigor, and synthetic view.

- Need long term implication in the project.

- Team spirit.

- Autonomy and perseverance.
