Description

We are currently looking for a IT Integrator who has a particular focus on security. This is a challenging position in which you are the driving force behind one of our clients strategic programs.

Are you someone who is....

- a born organiser and possess the necessary diplomatic talents;

- flexible and able to work under pressure to timely deliver the agreed result and quality;
- able to manage relationships with internal and external providers;
- analytical and able to think conceptually while also having a hands-on approach: you can transform your vision into a roadmap and can implement it;
- showing team leadership;
- result-oriented and who does not shy away from problems;
- able to work autonomously and output driven.

And you as well have

- a Master degree (preferably in ICT or a business-related field) or equivalent through experience;
- a proven track record in project management (minimum 5 years) with end-to-end implementation of complex IT projects;
- experience with planning tools (e.g. MS Project and Clarity);
- experience within the banking sector and more specifically with security products (access control, authentication, signature) and architecture would be considered as a strong asset;
- a Prince2 certification and experience with working in an Agile environment is an asset;
- excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; a good command in French and/or Dutch is considered as an asset;

Your role

- as IT Integrator you reside at the Feature layer of the Scaled Agile/Scrum Framework, from where you support the different DevOps Teams;
- ensuring the alignment on the execution of the activities across the different teams of the Release Train i.e. DevOps teams and Feature Management Team (including external suppliers);
- working according to the Agile/Scrum methodology and Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices
- coordinating activities of the Feature Management Team (the translation from Epics to Features) to be ready in time for the PSI planning meeting;
- coordinating the work across different Team backlogs;
- dealing with the dependencies between the activities of multiple Agile teams;
- responsible for alignment of different stakeholders;
- organizing the PSI planning meeting within the Release Train;
- organizing and monitoring the deployment (in A and P) of all the applications part of a defined Release content;
- guiding and motivating all persons involved in the Release Train in order to achieve good results;
- guaranteeing that all procedures, legal requirements and quality standards are rigorously respected;
- giving clear information and reporting about the progress of Release Train(s) to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis;

You will work within Transformation Delivery Services, which is part of the IT-department (Information Technology Services). The mission of Transformation Delivery Services is to provide our business partners with efficient solutions to support their future daily activities. Within Transformation Delivery Services, you will be working in the End-to-End Feature Management Team security.
