SQL Server T-SQL SSRS Business Intelligence Developer required- 6 months, DublinSQL Server T-SQL SSRS Business Intelligence Developer is required for a 6 month contract based in Dublin City Centre in a leading Digital Marketing company.
After continued success in the marketplace, the company is planning new BI projects and needs to fill this role ASAP.
You will be responsible for developing data integrations using the Microsoft SQL Server platform. This will include reports, exports, data warehousing tasks and other data related tasks.
You will work closely across business functions to gather and define business data requirements and collaborate with business and technical team members to build reporting solutions to answer key business questions.
Type: 6 Month Contract
Rate: €400-€500

Essential Skills:
Solid Background in Business Intelligence
Strong analytic and problem solving abilities
SQL Server 2008
SSRS
T-SQL (Transact SQL) Stored Procedures and Triggers
Access / Excel skills
SQL Profiling/debugging tools experience
Desirables:
Degree educated
Familiarity with agile project management desirable
Background in online advertising or search engine marketing
Job Description:
Hands on experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics systems design & development
Thoroughly understand data generated across business application systems and how to manipulate and interpret this information for analysis
Conceptualise problems and potential solutions for data requirements from rough specifications
Perform quality checks on reports and exports to ensure exceptional quality
Monitor job and transfer queues to ensure they are functioning as expected
Production of in depth reports and informatics
Production and monitoring of KPIs across the business
Assist in the identification of trends and potential issues across the business
Liaise with internal departments to meet their reporting requirements
Develop new SSIS/SSRS packages to meet business needs
