A market leader in Sensor technologies are moving to the Milton Keynes area and seeking a Software Test Engineer to provide the testing and QA function within a web development team for a range of new exciting technologies.
You will be developing and implementing software testing but also driving the ethos of quality
throughout the whole development team, constantly looking for new ways to improve the development process with respect to quality.
Essential
Ensuring quality software through manual and automated testing
Experience of developing automated and manual testing frameworks for Web applications & APIs
Preparation of test plans from scratch and experience in ensuring they are carried through to
Completion
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle
Experience testing in an agile team, ideally Scrum
