Job Description
- The Test Manager takes overall responsibility for the test area, including designing overall strategy, what is needed in terms of test environments, test resources, tools etc.
- He/she will include others as needed.
- He/she will be responsible for anchoring test strategy and test plan with key stakeholders, preparing and coordinating test of integration from new core banking systems and payment platform to general ledger and other back-end systems and functions (compliance reporting etc), long-term and medium-term.
- As there will be extreme amount of change going on during a few years transformation period, experience of setting up efficient and automated testing desired.
- Need to have a holistic mindset and ability to understand business well.
- Understanding of finance and risk processes, data and systems desired, as well as banking.
- Experience of core banking and/or payments processes and systems an advantage.
- Need to have a lot of drive and be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written English a must.
Must have Skills
- Experience from working in complex, international environments an advantage.
- Excellent Stakeholder management.
- Experience within the Financial sector/ banking would be key. Wholesale and Core banking.
- Experienced with working in Teradata, or other Data Warehousing.
- Automated Test is key.
- Experience in different Test Methodologies Agile & Waterfall.
- ISTQB certification is a must.
Requirements that MUST be met
- 8+ years of experience with IT project.
- At least 4+ years as IT Test Manager
Preferably ISTQB practiconer and certification in the V-model or equivalent
