Description
GIS Developer required by Whitehall Resources for a 9 month contract based in Wales.
Background in programming or software development with experience in multiple platforms & programming languages. Experience using GIS software and knowledge of field data collection techniques used for the software. Additionally, they should have experience with database management systems and using Structured Query Language (SQL). Experience in Agile methodology.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years GIS Development
- Knowledge of .net developer (VB.NET c#)
- Experienced in ESRI Arc Objects development
- Experienced in ESRI ArcGIS 10 essential
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Agricultural Payments
- GIS Analysis
- FME
- ArcSDE
- SQL Server 2012
