Mandatory skills -

  • Must have a focus on the user experience side as the role will essentially be a user feedback consultant

  • Office 365 (Ideally Office 365 to Cloud)
  • Office 365 roll out experience
  • Outlook administration
  • Skype for Business
  • Lotus Notes to Outlook
  • In Tune
  • Azure
  • SharePoint
  • Ideally worked on transformation programmes
  • Excellent telephone manner

Role -

  • Essentially this person will be offering support for the Office 365 rollout and will be a strong O365 administrator/support consultant but the focus will be on user feedback (essentially noting down and highlighting all the issues the users are having)
  • The program is to deliver Microsoft Office 365 (O365) into the cloud globally supporting 38,000 users
  • Will be focused on delivering Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Windows 10 and In Tune (phone system)
  • Supporting users across Australia and the Americas
