Description
My client is has an urgent requirement for a Senior Comp & Bens - Analyst for a long term project.
Candidates must be from a background in HR Systems and will have worked on a Compensation project within a global organisation.
Applicants MUST HAVE Functional/BA Comp and Bens experience and be willing to work/travel to various locations around Europe.
Essential skills/experience:
- 5+ HR Systems experience
- Strong knowledge of Compensation.
- Good client/business facing and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel to different client sites around Europe
- Experience with ERP or Cloud/SaaS technologies (Workday, Fusion, Successfactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle etc)
- Project management experience is desirable.
