Your tasks:
- Carry out operations on various technical platforms in middleware operating standard universal and communication software
- Hardware evaluation, testing, structured analysis and troubleshooting from manufacturing software (e.g. in production)
Your qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing and laboratory systems
- Experience regarding network and security, firewall, routing, mobile devices, tablet pc (MS, Android, IOS)
- Experience with various operating systems, e.g. MS DOS to Win 8.1, LINUX basics
- ITIL certification; Incident, Change and Identity Lifecycle Management knowledge is an advantage
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
