On behalf of our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst HR International Cost Tracking Implementation (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Analysis of the cost tracking requirement
  • Review of the different options available with the Polaris Global Mobility System and proposal of implementation options
  • Prepare impact assessment for the proposed solution
  • Define the plan for implementation, testing and change management and delivery of the proposed solutions in 2016
  • Prepare the design of the proposed solution
  • Design reports and analytics based on the input data set


Your qualifications
  • Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
  • Cost Tracking for International Assignee experience – this should include a solid working knowledge of assignment cost data input sources, actual and shadow payroll reporting for tax and social security purposes as well as data output to payrolls as well as analytical reports for stakeholders
  • Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system)
  • Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
  • Experience in working in a global environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
