Senior Business Analyst in HR International Assignees Management payroll integration (100 %) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Analysis of the Payroll interface between the Polaris Global Mobility system and the in-house SAP Payroll systems in Switzerland, Germany, US, and China
- Analyse the Payroll interface between the Polaris Global Mobility system with payroll providers outside the organization for selected affiliates
- Together with the respective local payroll responsible design the interfaces required
- Define the plan for implementation, testing and change management and delivery of the proposed solutions in 2016
Your qualifications
- Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
- An understanding of the nature of assignment related cost data when used for actual and shadow payroll reporting
- A strong understanding of data validation and the importance of this in reporting to fiscal authorities
- An understanding of payroll reconciliation processes
- SAP Payroll experience
- Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system)
- Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
