Description
Responsibilities:- Member of global team that supports 6500+ Windows Servers in a 24/7 model for the enterprise.
- Engineer will take on a key role in identifying requirements, driving design and implementing technical automation solutions that will improve service delivery, platform security and overall customer experience.
- Play lead role for any additional projects and initiatives assigned, delivering on Microsoft Windows server needs, that will contribute to meeting business driven goals.
- Participate on 24/7 On-call rotation schedule.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Servers OS and Application hosted Environments
- Experience in MS 2008r2, MS 2012r2
- College education or MS related certifications is a plus
- Strong background in applying tools such as PowerShell, VBScript, PDQ, AutoIT, Puppet, to solving business related challenges through enhanced Automation.
- Experience with IBM Endpoint manager (Bigfix) is a plus
