Responsibilities
- The Infrastructure Architecture Manager is responsible for the development and ownership of the Infrastructure Architecture Blueprint and roadmap. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the ITO and BPO infrastructures both deliver the required functionality to support the Business Change agenda
- Ensure that architecture is scalable to serve an environment which hosts over 3,000 Servers, over 4,000 network and voice management devices and the latest Mainframe technology.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the engagement model with all other Architecture and Application support teams in the company.
- Ensure the efficient use of Technology budget by strategic Infrastructure investment
- Play a major role in compiling the investment and revenue budgets
- Responsible for the company's technology/infrastructure landscape, and the plan to maintain its currency
- Documentation of the roadmap; ensure all updates receive appropriate level of governance
Requirements
Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge (10+ years) of the technical tower/domains in scope
- Knowledge of the principles of infrastructure architecture (TOGAF etc).
- Knowledge of business environment, service requirements and culture
Qualilfications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
