Description

Summary:
  • IT Digital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced technical Project Manager to join the Middleware Team.
  • This position will apply project management best practices to ensure timely, in-scope and quality delivery within budget.
  • This individual will manage all the project activities, track progress of milestones and deliverables, identify and escalate risks and issues, and provide risk mitigation approaches for all phases of project management.
  • He/she will also be managing the business analyst and interacting heavily with several cross functional teams such as the design/development, testing, deployment, support, and other product teams across all release and adoption phases.
Responsibility:
  • Manage the requirement activities of business analyst
  • Review requirements and create release scope document
  • Manage product backlog for future scoping
  • Create and maintain risk registers and issue log to ensure proper risk mitigation
  • Create project charter and project milestone plan to govern code delivery and quality assurance
  • Create timeline to alignment with other cross functional digital APP's release schedule
  • Oversee the implementation of the project plans
  • Prepare weekly status updates for PMO and major stakeholder
SKILLS:

Minimal Requirement:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and processes
  • Has a proven track record of delivering digital solution to both local and global markets.
  • Possess outstanding project management, project planning, and organization skills coupled with strong technical experience on Middleware development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate and lead discussions among cross functional groups.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, application software development and operational processes;
  • Working knowledge and solid understanding of both waterfall and agile methodology and life cycle.
  • Excellent planning, communication, presentation and organization skills
  • General knowledge of infrastructure, data center, network, security, Relational/non-relational database;
  • Coding is not required for this position, but background experience with web/digital coding is preferred.
  • JIRA work flow knowledge prefer
  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or Information Management
  • Able to work in a diverse cross functional, fast pacing highly energetic team environment.
  • Enjoys working on a continuing changing environment and handle multiple parallel tracks of work
