The role of our web development team of Senior/Analyst Programmers is to provide ongoing support and development of our web products - creating high quality, innovative and secure solutions. In many cases, these solutions will be configurable and can be tailored by the BA's via Aon Hewitt's in-house 'Configuration Manager'.
Your role will be to assist in the ongoing support and development of our IT solutions that enable the client to win and retain client business in a manner that reflects the best of the business.
As an experienced ASP.NET Analyst programmer (using Visual Basic), your skills in creating high quality web sites will be fully utilized in this rewarding and challenging role. As an Analyst Programmer your main responsibilities will involve: Develop innovative secure high quality solutions under the guidance of Senior Analyst Programmers. Implement changes for our clients as agreed, ensuring all work is recorded using the relevant tools and procedures. Takes a proactive role to resolve support items as part of a team. Communicate technical subjects at a level that takes into account target audience knowledge and understanding of the subject matter. Identify and suggest improvements to working practices to increase efficiency and team performance. Prioritise workload in line with business requirements escalating conflicts where appropriate.
