Description
My NHS client is seeking to appoint an interim Medical HR Manager for a period of 3 months. Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced Medical Staffing professional or an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Officer with strong Medical Staffing exposure.To be considered for this assignment, candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven Medical Staffing experience
- Consultant Job planning
- Rota review and Rota management
- Strategic Recruitment planning in relation to "hard to fill" posts
- Proven knowledge of NHS Medical Staffing T's & C's
- Proven knowledge of Junior Doctors T's & C's
- Proven experience of Junior Doctors rotation
