Service Desk Support Analyst- A leading Blue Chip client requires a Service Desk Support Analyst - MAC OS for a 6-12 Month contract in Paris
Service Desk Support Analyst should have strong experience in the following areas:
*Reporting on services delivered by operations, support and provider. Experience working with SLA's and a call logging system
*Having a first experience in coordinating or leading a support team (management of 1st and 2nd line IT professionals is essential)
*Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continuously improve
*International Environment

The client is looking for Analysts which are a step above the traditional 1st line support. The selected contractors will have great customer facing skills to work in the area of service support, including the ability to handle service desk calls and to pro-actively resolve issues for users.
