This is an office based position so the ideal candidate will have strong professional telephone manner and excellent literal skills.
Duties include:
* Quote generation/order processing
* Client account management
* Basic technical queries
* General administration
Previous Experience:
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong administration skills
* Previous experience in relationship building
* Previous experience in supply chain and/or distribution would be preferred
