Role: Service Desk L2 (Spanish Speaker)

Duration: 3- 6 months

Location: Madrid, Spain

L2 Support for Proposal Tool:

Mandatory Skills

Experience in a Service Desk or Application Support role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience with systems integrated with Back Office/ERP systems.

Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to see the broad picture.

Rigor in data management, analysis and preparing documentation.

Identify issues and alert engagement leader in timely manner.

Good To Have:

Working knowledge on Web Application development.

Working knowledge on Web Service development.

Good planning and management skills.

Experience working in a global environment with offshore/outsourced resources across multiple time-zones.
