Description
Oracle PL/SQL Database Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Oracle/SQL Server database administrator with emphasis on Oracle (80/20%) and the following skills:
- knowledge and experience of the early detection and accurate solving problems
- analytical, precise and quality conscious
- can both independently and in a team
- under stress
- be adheering of the English language both written and spoken
You have proven knowledge of and experience with managing Oracle environments (10g and higher) and SQL Server environments (2005 and later)
You have more experience with:
- backup and recovery
- different operating systems: MS Windows Server and AIX 6/7
- SQL, PL/SQL and Shell Scripting.
- Performance tuning
- different high-availability solutions: Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, SQL Server AlwaysOn
- Oracle Enterprise Manager (cloud control/grid control)
- disruptions proactively identify and find a solution in consultation with colleagues
