Middleware engineer - C/C++/Linux/Android - 6 - 12 months
Optimus Search is looking for a Middleware developer for amazing freelance opportunities in the Netherlands! You will be required to join a team of skilled engineers on a new project that will revolutionise the consumer tech industry - in time for mass release for the holiday season of December 2015.
This is a long term, lucrative contract with a great company a real chance to enhance your technical capabilities in an exciting and dynamic market leading organisation!
Experience required:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of 3-5 years, preferably 5+ years C, C++ and Java experience, preferably in a complex multi-threaded environment
- proven skills within within (bootloader) u-boot and Kernel development for ARM SoCs
- Experience with programming within the Android platform
- Experience with GIT/Gerrit
- Knowledge of hardware, being able to read schematics, being able to make small changes at hardware level.
- Knowledge of measurement equipment (multimeter, scope)
- Experienced with debugging tooling
