Senior Business Analyst - Watford

The Market Leading Client that I am working with is head hunting for a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle) to join their expanding organisation.

Candidates must have experience in:
  • Bachelor's Degree in technology, information systems, business, engineering, liberal arts.
  • Promotion Level - Business Analysis experience across all phases of the solution delivery process, and at least one complex project end to end.
  • Experienced Hire - Relevant business experience with Business Analysis experience across multiple projects in at least 3 full project life cycles, including one complex project. Can clearly demonstrate delivering artifacts for each project phase, and link the business value created with the process improvement. This is likely to have taken at least 7 years to accrue.
  • Detailed Functional Knowledge for implementing Oracle Financial modules - for example like General Ledger, Oracle Procurement, Accounts Payables, Cash Management and Fixed Assets is important
  • Process knowledge - eg Finance and good understanding of the Record to Report and Purchase to Pay process cycles
  • Technical knowledge - eg Oracle EBS Financial (AP, PO, FA, CE, GL); optional: RMS
  • Have experience in implementing Oracle though 1 or more project life cycle (Initiation, Requirements, design, systems tests, UAT, transition, implementation and support
  • Highly beneficial, but not mandatory: accounting qualification
