Needs to be someone who has a lot of affinity with the payments industry

Business aspect in terms of pricing
Infrastructure piece
CMS needs to be set up
Needs to handle a crisis
Java, PHP, iOS, android, windows mobile
Expanding their product portfolio into mobile
This needs a crisis manager
