Oracle R12/Localization PMO Consultant - Dublin
System Dynamics, Ireland's leading indigenous IT Consultancy has an urgent requirement for an experienced PMO Coordination consultant with excellent Localization and Oracle R12 knowledge, to join our Dublin based project.
Role Specification
Will oversee the work of the teams (spanning 30+ countries) around design, configuration and functional specifications. Provide direction and planning, ensuring standards of work, and reporting on a weekly basis to programme leadership.
The role will primarily be a Coordination/PMO role, but requiring strong localization knowledge.
The role will involve the following:
Aligning localization work
Provide overall Localization Coordination for all the countries in scope of Program
Coordinate with Client Localization lead
Coordinate with project leadership
Interact with global project team as required and attend regular global status update meetings
Challenge regional leads and project controllers to continue to adopt standard Oracle EBS R12 and Country Pack functionality vs. customizing the Oracle packaged software
QA the work output and conduct reviews and spot (sample) checks of deliverables from various localization efforts
Provide subject matter expertise
Interact with local resources to address new requirements and resolve issues
Resolve and coordinate issues around Localization configuration
Resolve and coordinate questions around localization patching/DBA issues
Provide support for the creation of local test scripts and the update of global test scripts
