Software Engineer
Location: Venlo
Duration: 6 months
Main Tasks:
Full cycle software development, from requirements to implementation and automatic and manual testing.
Need to have:
-Sr. SW engineer
-HBO
-5-10 years of experience with software engineering in a technical environment.
-Extensive experience with Java
-Experience with Python, XML/XSLT
-Familiar with Agile software development like Scrum or eager to work in this way
-Experience with multi-site development (we co-develop with Oce sites in Timisoara and Namur)
-Good communicative skills. Good dose of perseverance.
-Able to work in project where not always Functional Specifications or Impact analysis are finalised.
-Not hesitant in retrieving information from other colleagues to get his/her work done.
-Pro-active, show initiative, work independent
-Proven ability to be very productive and disciplined team player.
-Able to make optimal choice between Quality and Time.
-Try and "Can do" attitude
-Able to recognize and judge interests of other teams in order to create win-win situations
-Able to cope with stressful situations.
-Reliable and convincing in advising technical lead and/or management
-Fluent in Dutch and English in reading and writing.
Nice to have:
-Experience with HTML5, Javascript (preferably AngularJS)
-Experience with the used development environment tools (TFS, Eclipse)
