SAP Application Support Analyst - Dutch Speaking
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a SAP R/3 customizing is required
- Test experience is required.
- Passion for Service Management, translated in the necessary drive .
- Experience in/knowledge of SAP modules FI, IHC, CM and TRM is a plus.
- Experience in/knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
- Experience in the world of banking and/or international Treasury processes are a plus.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Experience in using HP Quality Center 10 is a plus.
- Experience in working in a SOX critical environment is a plus.
-Experience in using ClearQuest is a plus.
- Experience in using JIRA is a plus.
CERTIFICATION:
Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent through experience
-Additional certification is a plus
Technical skills:
Part of IT Service Management: you support the different steps in the Incident & Change Management process
-Analysis: in close cooperation with the Business Key Users (and if applicable also with the IT project leads), you investigate the requirements specified and translate them into a suitable solution.
- Development: you perform the SAP-customizing of the required parameters in a SAP R/3 environment
-Testing: you perform or follow-up testing activities corresponding to the SAP-customizing changes.
-You finalize the assigned incident & management tickets accurately and with the necessary enthusiasm according to the
requirements and within the agreed timeframe.
Personal skills:
-Some flexibility in working hours is required
-Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
-Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
-Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
