Video Service Quality Consultant
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.
Position Title: Video Service Quality Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August 2015
Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:
- IPTV/OTT Video Service Quality index measurement, system design and related output.
- Building IPTV/OTT Video Service Quality assurance and knowledge hierarchy.
- Service Quality issues location & demarcation, performing quick diagnosis and troubleshooting, and solving issues in Knowledge Base System.
- Building a knowledge hierarchy and knowledge library for IPTV/OTT Video Service Quality activity promotions.
- Communicating and coordinating with team of specialists in Huawei tools, assisting on transforming SQM index into tools.
- Identifying, designing and publishing/promoting Video SQM service sales and delivery solutions, eg giving Final Presentations, designing technical proposals, HR models and delivery guide, etc.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Familiar with IPTV/OTT Service Quality Management.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in IPTV/OTT business management and system operation.
- Excellent writing skills (experience with preparing relevant official documents) and strong interpersonal skills/logical reasoning.
- Familiar with carrier's IPTV/OTT O&M Pain Points, and with O&M system, organization and processes.
- Languages: English fluent.
