Role:
Support the testing and implementation of the Medway BI Module.
Key Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the functionality and performance of the BI module data quality, end user acceptance, and performance of all outputs.
. Evaluate existing reports using quality, timeliness, availability, end-user feedback, national and local benchmarks of good practice.
. Design, build and implement desktop reporting solutions (eg cubes, dashboards, bespoke reports etc.)
. Engage with multiple stakeholders across the organisation
. Provide technical support to the wider information team and identify technical opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
