My client, a leading automotive manufacturer, based in Warwickshire, is looking to recruit a Quality & Change Management Coordinator to join their P3&O division on a long-term contract basis.

Rate: £16.85 p/h Ltd

Role: Quality & Change Management Coordinator

Quality, Process Mapping, Engineering, Change Management, Visio, SharePoint, West Midlands

Position Description:
Work closely with process team to support Change Management Process improvement opportunities and be actively involved in helping to roll these out across the business.
Co-ordinate & facilitate Change Management Meetings for review and authorisation.
Develop and maintain IT related process improvements.
Provide guidance to the Change Management Meeting (CMM) attendees where roadblocks occur in order to speed up the CMM process.
Liaise with key functional areas, eg Finance, Manufacturing, Purchase, MP &L etc. for any urgent release.
Monitor WERS mailbox messages for change communication.

Key Skills Required:
Strong IT Skills (Microsoft Office) with experience in website creation (sharepoint, google sites). Strong communication and influencing skills for coordinating cross functional meetings.
Process improvement/process mapping skills.

Experience Required:
Experience with Microsoft Visio for process mapping Organised, Logical and methodical approach to tasks and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
High degree of commitment towards quality and being metrics driven.
Experience in the use of established lean tools and methodologies to identify process constraints and eliminate waste.
Able to analyse data to highlight issues and rapidly develop effective solutions.
Commitment, Flexibility, Self-Motivation for the role are necessary attributes for this position.

Experience Preferred:
Degree qualified Technical/analytical degree - Science, Engineering, Mathematics.
Experience (Internships inclusive) in a quality management, process improvement or change management related role.

May require travel to other locations: Gaydon or Warwick University
