Senior Oracle Data warehouse developer is currently required for a leading organisation based in either Newcastle or Norwich. IT Warehouse Team capability are looking to recruit a senior data warehouse developer to lead the development of BI solutions covering ETL/ELT data integration.
Senior Data Warehouse duties will entail the right candidate to have an understanding off key business challenges and drivers and assist in thought leadership for large, enterprise scale technological solutions, the IT Strategy and application development roadmaps and build ETL/ELT process and mappings using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Data Warehouse Builder (OWB),
To be the right senior data warehouse developer within this fantastic organisation you will need to have strong background in developing Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions using ETL/ELT methodologies and industry best practice and the creation and ownership of development standards e.g. code review and code migration processes AND strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) 10gR1 and above (dimension design SCD types 1 and 2, all OWB operators, pluggable mappings and collections, mapping configuration and mapping performance tuning)
