About the client
My client is London based Tier 1 investment bank and are currently on the lookout for a rates Middle Office analyst to join the Middle Office team in supporting the leading rates trading business.
The team works closely with sales and trading, infrastructure partners and market risk in ensuring that all trades are captured effectively and that regulatory commitments are achieved.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting the FO with trade and system processing issues
-Start of day controls (account for late trading activity)
-Trade compressions
-End of day tie-outs with PnL systems
-End of day controls to ensure data completeness
-T0 trade expectation monitoring, trade life cycle management
Requirements:
-Banking experience in Middle Office
-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
-Experience implementing process improvements
-Excellent risk and control focus
-Strong query management skills
-Interest Rate Swaps experience (preferred)
