IP Engineer
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for an IP Engineer to join their project in France.
Position Title: IP Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Paris
Responsibilities:
- Support maintenance project troubleshooting.
- Answer customer IP related questions and provide corresponding solution.
- Project deployment: high-level design, low-level design, operate equipment commissioning, testing, migration, site swap, system acceptance etc.
- Product proof of concept test: make test cases and define issue-reporting schedule.
- Pre-sales support: support the service solution and network HLD design.
- Maintenance Support: providing maintenance support compliant to client
- Maintenance support procedure and give customer technical support according to customer service level agreement.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Telecommunication background (IP).
- Fluent English and Chinese.
