Description
IT Business Analyst required by our client in Hungary to start August.
1. Understanding of the standard BA processes - requirements ownership & management, traceability Matrix creation & management, stakeholder identification & engagement.
2. Understanding of e2e life cycle of the software development project and knowing where the BA team engagement is required.
3. Ability to work with remote design, development and test teams.
4. Ability to work with Gold users to support User Acceptance Testing.
5. Understanding of the Webshop business - key considerations, pitfalls etc.
6. Understanding of Retail and PoS (Point of sale) solution and related requirements.
7. Understanding of Contact center solution and related requirements.
8. Standard Processes & Procedures followed in online shop, retail shop and contact center for a consumer mobile business
9. High level understanding of standard E-commerce platforms (COTS product like Hybris)
10. Datamodelling for key data attributes in a consumer mobile telco world - Customer, Product, Order, Bill
11. Understanding of CRM and Billing processes
12. Good communication and articulation skills
13. Good convincing and presentation (hold workshops) skills
14. Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders (Product Managers, Operations Head, Retail Managers, Complaints and Collections Head, Billing head etc.) and talk in their business language' (knowing key business related terms on consumer mobile and telco business eg dunning)
15. Ability to work under pressure and demanding timelines.
