Description
On behalf of an established & exanding organisation company in Merseyside, I am looking for a contract Business Analyst. Candidates need to be able to interview early next week, and be able to start by no later than 24/08/15. This is for an initial 6 month contract, though expected to run 12 months+.The role will see the BA working with the developer, testers and internal stakeholders in Merseyside, as well as regular contact with development teams in London, Ireland and India.
Duties
Manage the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design for a small project or a component of a large project or workstream component. Typical business analysis activity includes planning, eliciting, analysing, defining, communicating and validating requirements for changes to structures, business operations and processes, product and service offerings, policies and information systems.
Key Skills and Requirements
Prove ability to complete requirements gathering sessions including meeting facilitation
Proven ability to complete as is and to be process mapping with use of BPMN or UML
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Experience of working with either .Net, Java, PHP or BI development teams
Possessing in-depth experience of the elicitation, definition, prioritisation, documenting business requirements and process mapping.
Experience in working with work streams within software development, or large e-commerce systems
