MI LEAD- HR and Benefits Specialist - London
Works as part of the Integration MI team to deliver programme MI, specifically working with the IMO and IFO to deliver FTE benefits and synergy tracking, as well as Org Vue management.
The role is essentially supporting the integration activity from Friends Life to Aviva, working on OrgView to ensure the reporting functionality is accurate.

Essential:
*HR Experience
*MI Specialist skills
*Excel Expert
*Design Data Architecture EXP
*ORG View Design Tool EXP
Essential:
*Collaborative working and stakeholder managing across business unit Finance and operational areas to understand benefits and implement common governance, definition and control across tracking processes.
*Monitoring of benefits completed and implications identified through effective stakeholder management and engagement with senior levels of the organisation.
*FTE Data & MI architecture
*FTE costs aligned to Finance global cost centre map
*Regular FTE, Synergy and organisation design MI
*Regular FTE exit and benefits reporting - forecast & actuals v plan
*Regular Org Vue process reporting
*Tracking baseline changes and joiners, movers, leavers
*Oversight of FTE benefits delivered by workstreams
*Oversight of all assessment & selection processes in Org Vue
*Deputising for Head of HRMI & Org Vue
