Sr WebSphere Specialist is required by Profs4U for a Dutch client,
Contract period of 6 months +, Worklocation Utrecht,
Starting hours per week,

The client is looking for a Senior WebSphere Specialist for a new project in the Online Security team. This team is responsible for all applications and components that support the authentication and authorization of end-users of Rabobank corporate websites.
As a member of the agile team you are responsible for managing WAS and installing new versions of software on it. You cooperate with the developers and the architect to configure WAS and to create deployment scripts. You will be using XLDeploy as a deployment tool. A typical application is developed for the Java/WebSphere/Apache/Linux stack, using an Oracle database.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* 3rd line support and maintenance of existing applications
* Create automated deployment scripts
* Deploy applications using XL Deploy
* Create support documentation
Your profile:
/Must haves:
* At least 4 year of experience with WebSphere Application Server (v7/8)
* Experience with Linux/Unix, Apache
* Experience with managing IBM Tivoli Directory Server or a comparable product
* Fluent in English, (Dutch preferred)
* No objection in participating in a stand-by roster and doing evening/weekend deployments
/Nice to haves:
* Experience doing technical application support on the WebSphere Portal platform (v6.1/7/8).
* Experience working in financial services
* Experience in TCP/IP, Firewalls, Communication/Networking
* Experience in Unix Shell Scripting
* Experience with SQL en Oracle;
* Experience in performance tuning and load and stress testing
