Description

Change Manager required for a contract based in Stockholm, Sweden. 
As a Change Manager the candidate should be highly consultative and coach project teams with very high levels of communication. Engagement with senior stakeholders will be critical to success. Change managers should be able to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities whilst assessing the change impact on business functions whilst dealing efficeively with any resistance. Any experience in SCRUM environments a real advantage.

Skills and responsibilities

Complete change management assessments
Create change management strategy
Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
Integrate change management activities into project plan
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management
Manage the portfolio and change load
Manage 3 to 4 departments and work closely together with business and program managers
Cooperate closely with the managers from the other business units.
