C# MVC Web Developer - Darlington - 6 months - £300/day - New technologiesOne of my top clients, a financial sector organisation, are looking to bring on at least one, potentially 2, .Net Developers, with strong C# and MVC technologies, to work on a new project using the majority of latest technologies.
The role would be working on a customer service portal, accessed by both internal and external staff. Though the right C# Web Developer would be working on the full system as part of an agile team, some experience working with the front end would be key.
They are using the following key technologies:
- C#
- ASP.Net MVC
- SQL Server with Entity Framework
- JavaScript and HTML on the front end (key technologies (not essential to have all!) - Angular / Knockout / Potential even some Node.JS)
- TDD / Unit test - desirable but not essential
Another key aspect that they need is someone with a good personality to work in a dynamic environment, a constantly changing one with some sharp deliverables. Communication skills are key, and definitely someone that is willing to fully engage to the project.
The role is likely to last 6 months for the right person, but the project could last much longer than this so there are likely to be more extensions for the right C# MVC Web Developer.
Rate wise they are looking to pay up to £300/day for the right person, and can potentially look to increase this after the initial 6 months.
