Functional Business/Digital Analyst

Mission :

Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems, providing eCommerce solutions and project roadmaps in line with business requirements and leading to positive ROI investments. Project manage and report on project as defined by the scope and timeline throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the project team and client. Develop, document and maintain detailed specifications. Ensure requirements encompass end to end project scope. Manage the product innovation forecast and conduct revenue and cost analysis and ensure that the project is delivered within expectations. The Functional Business Analyst will work closely with the client and project team, acting as the internal owner of the requested enhancement and representing the needs of the client with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to create project plans and independently manage small to medium size project teams with limited supervision; ability to manage large projects with guidance
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and one-on-one interviews with the client
  • Participate and support project team members through the project lifecycle ensuring consistent status communications
  • Coordinate with the operational team on project impact on day-to-day operational activities

• Actively define and manage the roadmap with ecommerce changes for various sites
• Manage the scope and budget on product roadmap enhancements. Ability to update forecasts and manage ROI.
• Create request for changes with revenue and costs analysis and review ROI following implementation to determine if changes were in line with expectations

• Manage change requests and project status, communicating with project team and client

• Gather, document, analyze business requirements and assist in creating the optimal detailed requirements based on business needs and with workingknowledgeofeCommerce platform components
  • Write process flows, acceptance criteria and supplementary documentation
• Provide recommendations and input into continuous process improvement activities
• Assist other research and development tasks as needed (i.e. vendor assessment) Project Management and Consulting
• Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the digital and eCommerce environments
• Strong communication and client facing skills - effectively communicate issues with Project Managers and project team, and provide solutions to issues
• Previous experience in the consulting industry
• Ability to manage P&L for site innovation enhancements
• Financially adept and able to analyze costs and ROI of ecommerce implementations and functional changes.
• System Analysis
• Minimum 5 years of experience and digital knowledge using a content management system (CMS) and/or e-commerce platform, preferably Magento, Demandware, ATG, or Hybris
• ERP supply chain experience is an asset
• Ability to manage end-to-end requirements, testing, and processes
• Competent to work on small and medium projects independently and with a team during multiple phases of a project
• Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions
• Client Management
• 3-5 years of client management experience
• Able to manage expectations of client and internal project team
• Problem solving experience with Customer mindset and service orientation
• Ability to represent/communicate technical requirements and trade-offs in a business environment to facilitate effective decision making
• Able to identify upselling opportunities to our clients
